The year is 1943 and the U.S. is knee-deep in World War II. The United States Navy is struggling to combat the German U-boat, struggling so much that they are losing ships daily to the Nazi naval forces. In a retaliation effort, the Navy begins Project Rainbow, a secret experimental program spearheaded by some of the most brilliant scientific minds in the world including Albert Einstein.
